By accessing and using Castivo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Castivo provides a platform for streamers to create and manage their own branded websites, including features such as leaderboards, raffles, bonus hunt tracking, and other engagement tools. The Service is available through monthly or yearly subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided by posting changes to our website or through email.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
